Love Yourself Wellness Retreat – Terms & Conditions

Thank you for booking your spot at the Love Yourself Wellness Retreat. By completing your purchase, you agree to the following:

1. Payment & Deposit

A 30% deposit of your retreat fee is required to secure your spot.

Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

The remaining balance is due according to the payment option selected at checkout.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

15–29 days before the retreat: 50% refund of the total retreat fee (deposit non-refundable).

Less than 14 days before the retreat or no-show: No refund will be provided.

3. Organizer Cancellation

Healing Garden reserves the right to cancel the retreat due to low participant numbers or force majeure.

In such cases, a full refund, including the deposit, will be provided, or alternative options may be offered.

4. Travel & Arrival

Participants are responsible for their own travel to Tenerife.

Recommended airports:

Tenerife South Airport (approx. 30 min from Healing Garden)

Tenerife North Airport (approx. 1 hr from Healing Garden if South is unavailable)

Healing Garden is accessible by car: hire a car, take a taxi, or use our paid parking.

5. Health & Safety

Please inform us of any medical conditions, dietary requirements, or special needs via the participant form.

Participation is voluntary. The retreat organizers are not liable for personal injury or loss of property.

6. Community & Respect

We ask all participants to treat each other and the retreat space with respect, kindness, and mindfulness.

Disruptive or harmful behavior may result in removal from the retreat without refund.

7. Media

Photos and videos may be taken during the retreat for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please let us know in advance.
